Implementing capacity building projects in a fiscally, socially, and environmentally sustainable manner is a mission that HJI is capable of accomplishing successfully. Additionally, efficient and reliable water treatment is indispensable for the stability, health, and rapid development of cities around the world, and should be under constant evaluation to improve their capacity.

HJI Group was awarded the task of assisting the Chaoyang District Water Authority (CDWA) with institutional capacity strengthening under a loan from the World Bank. Not only did HJI Group’s performance in this project assist CDWA in strengthening its institutional capacity and organizational effectiveness, but also aided in building a dynamic management team to head operations and increase the number of public awareness. The project had six main tasks. It consists of institutional strengthening and capacity building, water resource management and planning, water resource management information organization, public participation and public image enhancement, sustainable river management, and training program development and implementation.
