The project development objectives are to improve water quality and operational efficiency of selected water supply utilities in five cities of Liaoning province. As a project management team, HJI assure that design, contract procurement, construction quality, progress, cost, safety, energy, environmental and social safeguard objectives were met following the requirements of applicable national and international standards, and the World Bank’s policies. HJI provided the following services:

1. Overall project management from contract procurement, implementation to successful completion;
2. Design review and tendering documents preparation;
3. Preparation of financial improvement plan for water supply companies to increase energy efficiency;
4. Environment management and monitoring of the project construction and facility operation;
5. Resettlement and social development management, monitoring and reporting;
6. Supervision on installation of smart water control systems based on GIS-Cloud internet technology;
